CD Changer Control Radios

Our CD Controller radios will operate all functions of the optional USA-CD10 10 disc changer from the buttons on the face of the radio. Custom Autosound is the only manufacturer to offer true CD control shaft style radios. Other companies have offered what they call CD control shaft style radios but they use FM modulation (CD plays through a FM radio signal) and a separate control panel to operate the CD changer.

We do not use FM modulators and separate control panels for two important reasons. By using FM modulation the sound quality of the CD is no better than FM stereo radio. Using a separate controller for the CD changer creates the problem of hiding the extra wires and control panel, sometimes not an easy task in a classic vehicle.
