Vintage Car Radio announces the arrival of our Headlight Auto Power-Off device for antique vehicles. It's reasonably priced and is easy to install as well. The entire package kit is equipped with the correct terminals for your stock headlight switch. Simplypop out the two wires out of the headlight switch connector, moving them to the relays , and then installing the two new wires from your relays to its correct holes. Into for you to remove the relay kit, take the stock wires and move them backwards toward your headlight switch. It comes equipped with standard automotive relays which are rated for at least 30continuous amps. Ideal to use with the light source that's already connected to your stock wiring. These are standard relays and can be replaced easily if one should end up going bad on you. Most reliable auto parts stores carry them in stock, therefore you won't have a hard time finding one.

TheHeadlight Auto Power-Off kit is designed to fit GM automobiles 1964-1971 or GM standard trucks 1964-1972. Vintage Car Radio is an American owned company and is dedicated to providing our loyal customers with automotive parts made in the USA. Is ideal for use as a Daytime-Running-Light upgrade to your antique classic. Which is especially beneficial for those who are living in a state where this is considered to be mandatory. It's extremely easy to install and comes at a low price that won't break the bank. Plus, when all's said and done, this product blends in nicely with the vehicles original appearance and looks like something that's been installed during manufacturing.
This kit fits GM cars ‘64-’71 or GM trucks ‘64-’72 (It will probably fit a wider range than that, but so far that is what has been confirmed.) The kit intercepts the power going into the headlight switch with a relay and then only energizes the relay when the ignition key is powered on. Turning off the key turns off the headlights, running lights, and dash lights.
One thing I despise is needing to cut a factory harness. This kit includes the correct terminals for the stock headlight switch - you just have to pop out two wires from the headlight switch connector, move them to the relays , and install two new wires from the relays to the correct holes. If you ever want or need to remove the relay kit, just move the stock wires back to the headlight switch.
The relays are standard automotive relays rated for 30 amps continuous - more than adequate for any lights you have connected to the stock wiring. Also, because they are standard relays, should you ever have one go bad, you can find a replacement at just about any local auto parts store.
