Vintage Car Radio helps classic car and truck owners bring modern audio into their vehicles without giving up the original look of the dash. Whether you are restoring a numbers-matching muscle car, finishing a resto-mod, or simply want to hear music clearly on your next cruise, our goal is to help you find a radio, speaker setup or safety upgrade that fits your car and the way you drive it.
We focus on products built for older vehicles: radios styled after factory units, hidden audio systems that keep your original dash untouched, speakers sized for classic mounting locations, and seatbelts made for cars that left the factory with few or none.
What We Offer
Our vintage-style radios pair period-correct faceplates and knobs with features owners want today, such as FM stereo, auxiliary inputs and, on many models, Bluetooth streaming. We carry radios from Custom Autosound and Ken Harrison (KHE), two names many classic car owners know well, along with DIN radios for vehicles with standard openings.
If you would rather keep your original radio in the dash, our hideaway radios mount out of sight and are controlled by your phone, a remote or a small control panel. Out of Sight Audio and other hidden-system options let you add modern sound while the dash stays exactly as it came from the factory.
Sound quality depends on more than the head unit, so we also offer speakers and amplifiers designed to fit classic kick panels, dashes and rear decks, plus stereo conversions and accessories like wiring harnesses, knobs and antennas.
Seatbelts for Classic Vehicles
Safety matters as much as style. Through Seatbelt Planet we offer seatbelts for a wide range of classic cars and trucks, including lap belts, shoulder belts, three-point belts with retractors and the mounting hardware to install them. Many belts are available in multiple webbing colors so they can match your interior.
Aurora Design Radio Upgrades
We also work with Aurora Design, whose technology upgrades original factory radios to modern performance. These upgrades are installed by our team: you send your radio to us, we perform the installation, and we return it ready to go back in your dash. Because every radio is different, Aurora products are not sold through the online cart. Please call us to talk through your radio and the options that fit it.
