Product Description
The USA-630 is the latest step in Custom Autosound's quest for the perfect classic car radio. Its large OEM-style push buttons look right at home in a classic dash, but behind them are modern features like an iPod dock. You can browse your iPod by artist, song, album or playlist from the radio's buttons, so the iPod can stay hidden in the glove box or console. A USB input on the back plays MP3/WMA files from a flash drive, and the alphanumeric display shows song, artist and album titles from USB, iPod and RDS radio stations. With the optional BluKit, you can stream music from a Bluetooth phone or player, skip tracks with the radio's track-up button, and take hands-free calls while the music mutes automatically. At 300 watts peak, it has all the power most people need. If you want more, four pre-out jacks on the back connect optional amplifiers, and an auxiliary input accepts satellite radio or any portable player.
As you look over your plans to restore your classic 1946-48 Lincoln, you realize it won't be complete without the USA-630 radio. Made by Custom Autosound, it gives you modern audio technology with the look and feel of a classic car stereo. It fits your Lincoln's dash without modifications, and its large OEM-style push buttons complement the dash. It's up to you whether you tell your classic car friends about its modern features, like the USB input for MP3 and WMA files from a flash drive and the iPod dock. But if they're riding with you, they'll see the display light up with the artist, song and album title.
And with the optional BluKit, the radio can stream music over Bluetooth from your phone and let you talk with friends and family hands-free. As for sound, it has 300 watts peak, and RCA pre-outs let you add an amplifier if you want.
You also get direct control of an optional CD changer, an always-on digital clock and 16 presets (12 FM, 4 AM). Reception is great with the power antenna lead and USA/Euro tuner. It also has left/right balance, loudness compensation, volume control, electronic tuning and much more. With the USA-630 in your dash, you might even enjoy being stuck in traffic.

Suggested order for a 1946-1948 Lincoln

- Reconnect the battery and test radio, speakers, and charging system voltage.
Tech tips for 1946-1948 Lincoln
- This radio is sold for the factory Lincoln opening used in 1946-1948 models—do not cut a modern DIN rectangle if you want a stock look.
- A poor ground is the most common cause of whine or weak audio; scrape paint at the ground point and use a star washer.
- If AM reception is weak, check the antenna mast, cable continuity, and that the antenna plug is fully seated.
- Vintage Car Radio does not install radios. If you are not comfortable with 12V wiring, use a qualified installer.
