This Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Policy describes the laws that apply to your use of VintageCarRadio.com (the “Site”), your purchases from Vintage Car Radio, and how disputes will be handled. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.

1. Applicable law

  • These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide products or services to you are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, United States, without giving effect to any choice‑ or conflict‑of‑law rules.

  • Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or state of residence may also apply and are not excluded by this Policy where such protection cannot be waived.

2. Jurisdiction and venue

  • You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, United States.

  • You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.

3. Informal dispute resolution

  • Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us in writing at complioance email with a brief description of your dispute and your proposed resolution.

  • Both parties will use reasonable, good‑faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days after we receive your notice, unless we mutually agree to extend this period.

    4. Class actions and representative proceedings

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

    • The courts identified above may not consolidate more than one person’s claims without the express consent of all parties involved, except where such waiver of class or collective actions is not enforceable under applicable law.
