Return and Refund Policy
Vintage Car Radio wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and offers returns or exchanges under the conditions described below.
2. Eligibility for returns

You may request a return within 90 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
3. Return process

Contact us at sales@vintagecarradio.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return to receive return authorization and instructions.

Once your return is authorized, you are responsible for securely packaging the product and shipping it to the address provided.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable period, minus any applicable shipping charges or restocking fees.

If a return is rejected (for example, due to damage or missing components), we will notify you and may offer to ship the item back at your expense.
5. Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.
6. Exchanges
Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange for the same or similar item instead of a refund. Any price differences and shipping costs will be communicated and must be paid before the exchange is processed.
7. Non‑delivery and wrong address
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
